CrossFit is not a replacement for martial-arts skill practice, but its varied conditioning can complement grappling and striking. Squats, deadlifts, cleans and wall balls develop lower-body strength for footwork and force production.
Power and agility work can support speed. Single-leg and single-arm movements expose imbalances, while a strong core helps athletes control force across different planes of motion. Match conditioning volume to technical training and recover adequately.
