Fitmus wood gymnastic rings are CNC machined and hand sanded from 1.11 in Baltic birch plywood for FIG-style use or 1.25 in birch for gym use. Numbered 18 ft cam-buckle straps make it easier to set both rings to the same height and adjust them quickly.
