Wall Ball Soft Medicine Ball – Crossfit uses a 1.2 mm synthetic-leather cover with rubber-particle filler for balanced handling and colour coding. The soft, layered construction is designed for cardio, CrossFit and strength-building exercises including tosses, catches, squat throws, twists and side throws.

Its impact-absorbing design distributes weight evenly to help maintain shape during normal wall-ball use. It is intended for wall-ball activity and should not be slammed on hard surfaces.
